We haven’t launched yet

Oltremare is preparing to launch in Hong Kong. Products, prices, availability and launch dates shown on the site are a preview and may change. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, and you can’t place orders through it yet. When our shop opens, purchases will be covered by separate terms of sale, which we will publish before you buy.

Early access, newsletter and community

• Signing up is free and doesn’t oblige you to buy anything.
• Early-access benefits (such as first notice of our launch, previews or offers) are offered at our discretion. We will describe any specific offer, and its conditions, when we make it. We may change or end the early-access programme at any time.
• Please give an email address and WhatsApp number that are your own, and keep them up to date.
• In our WhatsApp community, be kind and respectful. Don’t post spam, advertising, unlawful or offensive content, or other people’s personal information. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules.
• You can unsubscribe or leave at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your details.

Information on the site

We work hard to keep the site accurate, but it is provided for general information and may contain errors or become out of date. Descriptions of food are not medical or nutritional advice. If you have an allergy or dietary need, always check the label of the actual product and ask us if you’re unsure. Our products may contain or be made alongside nuts.

Our content and brand

The Oltremare and 玥海 names, logos, illustrations, photographs, videos and text on this site belong to Oltremare Limited or to the people who licensed them to us. You’re welcome to share links to our pages and to share our social posts using the platform’s own tools. Please don’t copy, change or use our content or brand for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: for example, by submitting false or automated sign-ups, trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Links to other sites

The site links to services we don’t control, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren’t responsible for their content.

Our responsibility to you

The site is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from it being unavailable, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Hong Kong law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. Both English and Chinese versions are provided; if they differ, the English version prevails.
